How to Improve Your Self-Esteem

It is possible that self-esteem and life outlook are things that we create for ourselves in the way we interpret events. Natalie, from, grew up hearing that she could do better and internalized a message that she wasn’t good enough. Later in life, she looked back on what created that thought process for her and found a different interpretation, which led to a different meaning in her life. If meaningful events can be interpreted in different ways by different people, it is possible that life-changing events don’t have inherent meaning. We create meaning for them and change our lives accordingly. In this vein, giving events a positive meaning can make our lives better.
