5 Ways to Reduce Fear

One effective approach to achieving a healthy relationship to fear can be summarized in five easy steps. First, monitor your thoughts; be aware of your mental conversation. Second, keep past pain in the past; letting past hurts or negative outcomes affect future ones is a no-win approach. Third, do not hang on to fears in order to insulate yourself from risk; the result will insulate you from all present experience, good or bad. Fourth, work at remaining calm so that in fearful circumstances you can continue to make grounded choices. Lastly, faith over fear must be chosen again and again, from one minute to theĀ  next.
