Why Do Women Ask for Divorce?

According to the American Association of Retired People, two thirds of divorces in the United States are initiated by women. To find out why, 1000 women were surveyed to identify the main factors that prompted them to file for divorce. The main reasons were: he had no interest in sex, he would not help with chores, he spent most of his free time with his friends, he was never home because of his career obligations, he would not communicate, and he had no interest in fun outings or hobbies they could enjoy as a couple. Often, the survey found, the women experienced a slow and steady decline in the quality of their marriage.
