Vent, but do so responsibly. When you speak something in the space around you, an intention is set. So when you are blowing off steam, do it in a conscious way. Next, focus on the positive. Sometimes it is just that easy! Banish negativity from your thoughts. Lastly, remember that you are in control of your feelings. Despite how it sometimes feels, you are an adult, and you can choose what feelings you engage and when.
