No matter how old you are, coming to terms with the fact that your days are numbered can be a disturbing concept, but it may also allow you to recognize that you should be using your time wisely and making your time count. Asking yourself questions like “Am I happy?” and “What would I like to change about my life?” can help you asses if there are any changes you would like to make. The risks of not “numbering your days” may be realizing that you should have lived differently, taken risks, or followed your dreams, before it was too late.
