Managing Stress in a Tough Economy

According to the American Psychological Association’s 2011 Stress in America Survey, 80% of Americans living on the East Coast identify money as a source of significant amounts of stress in their daily lives. While there are a number of other significant stressors, personal finance remains one of the most common concerns since money dictates many important parts of our lives, from where we live and where we’re educated to the clothes that we wear. Worries about money can also have a significant effect on our lives, affecting our relationships and both our physical and mental health.
