How Are You Building Your Life

In an inspirational story, provided by, a worn-out carpenter decides to retire, but before doing so, he promises his employer that he will build one more house. Tired and disinterested, the carpenter does a poor job building the home. After completion, he discovers that the home he just built so poorly is his own home, a gift from his employer. This story serves as a little reminder to take heed if we are building our lives in a distracted way. After all, we are the creators of our destiny and we never know when our half-attempts and bored gestures may affect us.
