Heroes and Cowards Have One Thing in Common: Fear

The problem with fear is that it holds us back. We are all familiar with the adjuration, “Carpe diem!” but how many of us have the courage to do just that? We do not live with intensity. We let our fear of (fill in the blank) keep us from living life to the fullest. Remember that all humans live with fear: the heroes and the villains and the people sitting on the couch. It is one of the few things we all have in common. The difference between those who move forward with their lives and have something to show for having lived and those who become stuck is how they relate to that fear.
