We spend a lot of time making sure our body is healthy and feeling good. We work out, try to make it to our Pilates class, eat organic foods, or stick with popular health food crazes. very little time, however, is spent making sure that we feel good emotionally by making sure we are happy. What is interesting is that emotionally content people are some of the most healthy people! Are there things you need to be doing to make sure that emotionally you are staying fit? Are you expressing yourself freely? Are you openly communicating how you feel?
