A Powerful Prescription for Maximum Happiness

Before reading what it takes to achieve a maximum happiness level, it is important to note a few things about happiness. It is not selfish to want happiness, a person has more control over their own happiness than they may believe, and finally, happiness takes effort. Putting effort toward happiness is like dieting in that the effort doesn’t need to be extreme, but it needs to be regular. The active practice of gratitude is the first of seven things that can make a person happier. This means setting time aside to list the good things in life. Fiscal responsibility will lead to happiness in that while money doesn’t buy happiness, debt does lead to unhappiness.
