7 Habits That are Making You Miserable

There are a handful of habits and activities that can continue to make a person unhappy as they move through life without necessarily raising any red flags on their own. By putting a stop to these bad habits, life can at least be improved by the knowledge that the mistakes being made are new mistakes. The first habit under fire is the habit of sticking exclusively with what you already know. It is possible to hold onto core values while at the same time opening up to new ideas and experiences. Even just entertaining new ideas can spike growth. The second bad habit is neglecting a balance between activity and rest.
